    • If a participant damages any property belonging to the center or ashram, they will be required to pay a penalty as per the center's policy.

  11. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellations are applicable based on the following rules:

  • Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations made 28 days or more before the check-in date will receive a refund of 95% of the total booking amount. The remaining 5% will be adjusted for transfer charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Refund Timeline: It will take 15 Days to process the refund amount and credit the amount to the customer's account.
  • Rate Validity: The rates quoted are valid for the specified stay dates and the number of rooms requested. Any changes to the booking dates or the number of rooms required may result in a revised rate offer.

  • Reservation Deposit: A 20% advance deposit is required to reserve your spot.
  • Remaining Retreat Fee: Payment is due 3 days before your arrival.
  • Payment Methods: Credit Card: Payments made by credit card will incur an additional 2% on Domestic Card and 4% on International Card transactions fee.
  • Cash: We recommend settling the remaining balance in cash upon arrival. An ATM is available on-site for your convenience.
  • Direct Bank Transfer: Online banking is accepted to facilitate payment without the need for cash.
  • PayPal: Payment via PayPal is possible, subject to a 6% additional transaction fee
