General Terms & Conditions

1. YatraDham.Org’s Role

• YatraDham.Org is a service provider offering an online booking platform for various yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda centers. Each center may have its own set of rules and regulations, which will be detailed in the Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legal agreement between the user (the individual who books a package, slot, or season) and YatraDham.org.
  
  

2. Age Limitations

• Visitors or participants must be at least 18 years old to book a package or attend any activities at the center.
  
  

3. Package Inclusions and Exclusions

• The details regarding what is included and excluded in each package are clearly mentioned on the booking webpage. These may change due to weather conditions or updates by the respective center. If any facility or service is unavailable, YatraDham.Org will not be held responsible.
  
  

4. Fixed Time Slots for Activities

• All activity time slots are fixed. Any changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or contact details. YatraDham.Org is not responsible for any refunds or reversals in case of such changes. Refunds will depend on the center's policy.
  
  

5. No Refund for Incomplete Slots

• Users are not entitled to a refund if they fail to complete their booked activity or slot.
  
  

6. Changes in Schedule

• The schedule mentioned on the webpage is based on the center routine. However, activities may change or not be completed due to unforeseen circumstances. YatraDham.Org is not liable for such changes or omissions.
  
  

7. Health Conditions and Emergency Information

• Visitors, participants, or customers must inform the center about any health conditions or issues at the time of check-in, including emergency contact details. YatraDham.Org is not responsible for any unforeseen health issues or emergencies.
  
  

8. Health Issues During the Stay/Activities

• In case of any health issues during the stay/Activities, it is the responsibility of the participant to manage their own fitness and medical needs. If hospitalization or medical treatment is required, the participant must bear the costs directly with the center. YatraDham.Org is not responsible for any health-related incidents.
  
  

9. Prohibited Items and Behaviours

• The center does not permit non-vegetarian food, cigarettes, tobacco, alcohol, or any other substances that may cause harm or injury. Participants must refrain from bringing such items with them.
  
  

10. Property Damage

• If a participant damages any property belonging to the center or ashram, they will be required to pay a penalty as per the center's policy.
  
  

11. Cancellation and Modification Policy

• Cancellation or modification of bookings will be governed by the respective center's cancellation policy, which will be clearly mentioned on the booking page.
  
  

12. Limitations and Liability

• YatraDham.Org is responsible for providing the service that is booked by the user and mentioned on the webpage. If any extra facilities/services/packages the user used to buy need to pay charges at the center, as extra services / paid services are not included in the booked package/ service.

Our expert doctors & wellness consultants curate a Bespoke Treatment plan with Nature Cure & Ayurveda at the core along with other modalities. Our daily wellness schedule includes personalized daily consultations, nature cure, and ayurveda treatments, yoga, guided meditations, acupressure,acupuncture, physiotherapy, alternative therapies like equine & eco therapies, and wellness cuisine.
  
  
• Fazlani Nature's Nest also offers a Host of Activities Such as Horse Riding, Goat Milking, Animal Care,Nature Walk, Organic Farming, Trekking, Fishing etc.
  
  
• We would expect every guest coming to “Fazlani Nature’s Nest” to believe in our philosophy of preservingthe quiet and peace of the Retreat and help us in achieving this by adhering to the “Retreat Guidelines/policies”
  
  
• “Fazlani Natures Nest” is a residential wellness where guests on wellness retreat once checked In are not permitted to move out. And we do not entertain walk-in guests to our Retreat facilities.
  
  
• “Fazlani Natures Nest” is strictly a “No Alcohol” and “Tobacco Free” Retreat. Guests are not allowed to carry these in the Retreat. Consumption of alcohol or Tobacco is not permitted in guest rooms, gardens/balconies and public areas or any other area of the Retreat. (There is, however, a separate area away from all the guests, designated for guests who would still like to smoke.)
  
  
• At “Fazlani Natures Nest” all meals will be served in the Restaurant only. Restaurant timings 7 AM to 8.30 PM. We do not provide the facility of “Room Service” to the guest rooms. We don’t permit outside food and beverages. In case of any special requirement with regards to your dietary preference, please feel free to inform the same at the time of booking your stay. When on a wellness retreat you are encouraged you are advised to adhere to doctors prescribed diet.
  
  
• We offer all massages by same gender. (Male to Male and Female to Female) 
  
  
• At Fazlani Nature’s Nest safety is of utmost importance, therefore. Though we follow international standards of Safety and Security, we Urge you to use the safe deposit lockers provided in the rooms for the safe keeping of your valuables. The Retreat management will not be responsible in the event of loss or theft of items. Should you require any assistance please reach out to the Front Office Manager. While at “Fazlani Nature’s Nest” we encourage all guests to use Digital Gadgets mindfully to give yourself a digital detox you while you relax and rejuvenate. Use of Mobile Phones and Digital Gadgets is not Permitted in Wellness and Food and Beverage areas. We encourage our guests to respect the tranquillity of the Resort be mindful that while they talk on phone in open areas so that other guests do not get disturbed.
  
  
• Guest must be minimum 18 years of age to check-in. Teenagers below the age of 18 need be accompanied by their Parents Guardians..

• There will be no charge for any cancellation made more than 14 days before arrival.
• The Retreat doesn’t charge any retention for amendments that are made more than 14 days prior to arrival. However, amendments/cancellation requests within 7 days of arrival will incur 100% Retention charges.
• Amendment to fresh dates are subject to availability and applicable rates on new dates.

• All bookings are confirmed only after advance payment is received for the room package plan. Booking voucher will be issued after payment/confirmation is received. Until advance payment is received, all bookings will be treated as provisional and will be released to another booking guaranteeing the same payment.

• Walk-in bookings can be accommodated based on the availability of the rooms.

• Payment can be made through online payment via credit card, debit card or money can be transferred to our bank account. Payment for services outside the package will have to be paid at the resort at the time of check out.
